Worship Preview

This Sunday we’ll be starting with Because of Your Love, by Al Gordon. It’s a great upbeat way to start and get people engaged and worshipping their maker. “This is how I know what love is, this is how I know I’m free, this is how I know salvation, Jesus came and died for me! Oh yeah!
From there we’ll move into Jesus Saves by Tim Hughes. From thanking Jesus for his love to celebrating Jesus as the superhero of our lives, a fantastic praise song.
Then a new one, King of Wonders by Matt Redman, Tim Hughes & Joel Houston, from the Compassion Art album where a dozen or so of the world’s best song writers got together for a week to make an album. This song is about God’s greatness, his wonder and his holiness.
From the greatness of God to the personal God, we’ll sing You Alone Can Rescue by Matt Redman. A wonderful contrast from the God who created the heavens and the earth to the God who created, loves and cares for you personally.
We’ll wrap up the meeting in celebration as we sing Sing, Sing, Sing (it always makes me smirk to write, or say, ‘sing’ 4 times in a row) by Chris Tomlin. We will sing and shout praises to our God!
